    • Only then will be talk specifics and send a no-obligation Proposal for you to review and approve!

  • We are super proud to say we’re an intentionally boutique studio (aka. we’re small on purpose!)

    While we have growth plans, they are slow and measured plans, so unlike other agencies, we’re not going to bring on every potential client that enquires.

    That’s why we assess your business first so we can come back to you and be incredibly transparent on if we can help you. But don’t worry - Google Ads is a KH Experience we will proudly offer to any business that is in alignment.

    So, if we do decide to move forward with your Discovery Session, then you’ll know we’re available and have capacity to bring you onboard as a KH Client!

  • Because we are an intentionally Boutique Studio, we only have limited capacity. We are dedicated to serving our clients and ensuring they have the best experience with us. However, Google Ads is an experience we’re really confident in and we know we get results so we prioritise onboarding these offerings.

    So, while we have an all-year-round waiting list, we’ll open our arms to new Google Ad Partnerships every couple of weeks.

    If you’re really keen to work with us then you’ll have to hang tight until we’re ready for you, but when we’re ready - it’s full steam ahead with our KH Onboarding Experience!

  • All our Social Media & Marketing Management Experiences are set up as a Monthly retainer fee.

    The first month is always paid upfront along with the Google Ads Launcher Experience. Then, you will be charged a Monthly Fee ongoing.

  • We always start with our Google Ads Launcher Experience, a one-off experience that allows us to lay the groundwork for you so we can launch and thrive!

  • We have packages with particular deliverables, however we always custom quote as every brand’s marketing requirements are different.

    It’s important that the brands we partner with have experiences that are curated to them and in complete alignment with their goals.

    So while we have some great processes in place to make your experience systemised, no two client experiences are exactly the same.

  • We are incredibly committed to our partnerships and therefore require the same.

    For our Google Ads Clients, we offer a 3-month commitment when securing your spot just so we can both make sure this is an ideal partnership for the long haul, then we offer 6-12 month commitments and so we can get you maximum results!
