Defined by its nature-led planning approach, Provenance integrates tree-lined streets, parklands and surrounding bushland throughout the estate, with every home site positioned within close proximity to green space. This focus on place-making is balanced with strong local connectivity, with schools, transport links, retail and essential services all within minutes of the community.

Our partnership with Provenance has centred on elevating how this offering is communicated and experienced across every touchpoint. Working closely with the Provenance team, KH has led the development of a more cohesive and considered marketing ecosystem — spanning website UX, photography, videography, print collateral and stage-led campaign execution. The focus has been on strengthening the estate’s digital presence and ensuring each stage release is supported by clear, targeted and visually compelling storytelling.

At the centre of this work was a strategic uplift of the homepage experience — refining how the estate is introduced, navigated and understood by prospective buyers. This was supported by a broader content and campaign system designed to better align messaging, visuals and buyer targeting across each stage release, including recent campaigns such as Stage 13.

Across both digital and print, the outcome has been a more unified and elevated representation of Provenance — one that supports stronger engagement, clearer buyer pathways and consistent demand across releases.

We worked to refine and uplift the homepage experience, strengthening both its visual hierarchy and storytelling clarity to better reflect the premium nature of the development.

Video content further enhances this experience, adding movement and atmosphere across the website and campaign channels, and increasing emotional connection with the estate.

Across multiple releases, including Stage 13, we developed targeted campaign strategies designed to maintain momentum and relevance throughout the estate’s ongoing development.
